Debunking Charles C. Johnson

Forget the labels of racist and defending Obama against these absolutely silly charges. It's very simple to take this guy down. Hip Hop is mainstream, has been for at least 15 years and Ice Cube is not the face of hip hop. He hasn't released a relevant album since 1992's The Predator. He's too busy made kids' movies now. Check out these lyrics below:
The link below will take you a song called The Light by Common who coincidentally reps Chi-Town and endorsed Obama. He is huge mainstream hip hop star with as much street cred as Cube, Ice T, or anybody else. This song is off of his breakthrough album "Like Water For Chocolate." "The Light" was a HUGE hit back in '98 and the video was all over MTV. It is one of the most beautiful hip songs ever written and alone debunks Charle's charge that hip hop is "all about bitches and ho's" The whole "hip hop is all about bitches and ho's" is so old and outdated just like HRC's internet campaign. Charls C. Johnson: Blog about this song chump!
A choice selection, check the link for the whole song.
It's important, we communicate
and tune the fate of this union, to the right pitch
I never call you my bitch or even my boo
There's so much in a name and so much more in you
Few understand the union of woman and man
And sex and a tingle is where they assume that it land
The Light-Common
